One thing about me, I always have a wishlist going.
It’s stored in my notes app, categorised by topic, and it gets reviewed and updated regularly. This helps me to:
1) note down and remember things that I want (this comes very in handy when it’s my birthday and Christmas)
2) delay some time in-between seeing the item and purchasing, discerning what I actually want even after some time has passed.
I thought today I’d share with you a few of the items currently on my wishlist.
weekday knit — an oversized jumper is my go-to and I’ve got my eye on this one. It’s simple and I really like the large text across the front.
phlur “heavy cream” fragrance — for full transparency, I’ve not *actually* smelled this IRL, but based on the description alone it sounds right up my street. With notes of; lemon sugar, marshmallow, orange, jasmine blossom, coconut cream, vanilla mousse, salted caramel and whipped cream. DREAMY.
papier weekly desk planner — typically I’m a digital planner primarily, just for ease as I juggle multiple devices and platforms for my business + personal life, but nothing beats putting pen to paper sometimes.
sisters & seekers blue suede jacket — S&S are one of my fave ever clothing brands and I adore everything they come out with, and this blue jacket is going straight in my basket.
rhode “piggy” cream blush — I’m yet to try the pocket blush from Rhode, but given how much I love their other products (glazing milk in particular) I have high hopes for this one.
adanola “dark cherry” leggings — I have a plethora of Adanola leggings as the quality is genuinely really good so of course I had to stock up on multiple colours. This dark red colour is divine and would be perfect for autumn.
mary jane ballet pumps — on a similar colour wavelength, I came across these burgundy pumps in Office.
ceramic berry basket — I mean, is there anything cuter to store your berries in? I don’t think so!
decorative bowl — I think Anthropologie takes the crown for my favourite interior store, I don’t think I’ve ever wanted as much stuff from one place before. I have been thinking about getting a decorative bowl to serve as a centrepiece on a table and I loved this one.
owala water bottle — I’m yet to join the Stanley water bottle hype, and to be honest, I actually much prefer these bottles. I love the subtle muted shades of this one especially, so I may have to treat myself.
paddywax candle — I’m a sucker for a new candle and I saw this one at John Lewis and just adore how it feels like a piece of interior too. I can’t speak for the scent, but the stripes are doing it for me.
I try to be a bit more intentional these days about what I purchase, which is why I think this wishlist idea can be so helpful.
